Eureka Drops to 3rd in State Series

The cold wind and rain at Mt Tarrengower was more like winter than spring. But 10 brave Eurekaites managed to fly the flag and scored about 85 points to boost our total to about 1040. But the cold and wet did not seem to bother Bendigo. They fielded 17 hearty souls and picked up about 143 points to vault them into 2nd spot on the State Series ladder with just over 1050 points – a mere 10 in front of EU. Next event is the Vic Middle Distance at Sailor’s Diggings on Saturday 21 October – so don’t forget to email Greg Tamblyn and enter via email before the 8th of October.
