The main push behind this weekend is the Victorian Four Wheel Drive Association, so the briefing is being held at the Ballarat Light Car Club at the airport on the Saturday morning at around 8.30am I would guess. The 4WD’s are making a weekend of it and will have evening meals on Friday and Saturday and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday at the airport.   The clean up is being run from 9.30am to 3pm each day and you are asked to take out your own gloves, hi-vis top if you have them and food and drink if needed.  The 4WDs will probably tow trailers around and load as they go.  I think we might be better to walk the narrower paths and take rubbish to a pick up point and I think we can negotiate this with the organiser.  I mentioned that we might have people who can do a few hours and they appeared to be grateful for whatever we can provide.

Perhaps the best bet at this stage is for you to send me information by Tuesday about what day/s and time/s you can assist and I will then work out a Club approach with the organiser and get it to you mid next week.
