The 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday Feb 5 at the Eastwood Leisure Complex. Minor rearrangement of the day. Meeting will take place at 12 noon and lunch following as canteen is not available until 1pm. Meeting is likely to be in the front pod (brick building close to footpath). Can you please reply whether coming for catering purposes?
