Thank you again to all who have willingly put up their hands for this coming Saturday.  Forecast is not particularly promising so bring warm clothing and waterproof gear.  With most of the Club members running from 1 to 1.30pm, I have had to change a couple of things to do with starts and finishes – see below

The Main Start has included James as he is starting very close to the last time and he can walk into the box at the appropriate time after assisting in getting the bulk of the field away.  The Secondary Start only has 18 competitors so will be done quickly and I have listed Lian there as she is not starting until 30 mins beyond the last start time at this station.

I have left a number of names attached to the finish and it will be necessary for perhaps Roch and Chris to always be in this space while Ian is out competing and for others listed to assist before running and then after.  It would be good for all of this group to meet with Ian around 12.30pm to know what has to happen.  Anyone else in the Club who wants to learn more about the finish procedure for future events should also get involved here.
