Hi everyone

The last Eureka mountain bike orienteering event of 2019 will be held at the Linton Primary School on Sunday
21st October. With over 295 rogainers (Geoff, Rod, Tsegii and Jenny included) walking/running around the Linton area for 6 hours on Saturday, we anticipate that about 30 will stay over and ride on Sunday – covering some of the same terrain (but on two wheels!) in the Linton State Forest.

If you can spare couple of hours, we need help with Set-Up (8.00 – 9.00), Registration (9.30 -11.30), Finish 11.00 – 1.30) and Control Collection (2.00-3.30).

Toby and Blake will be putting out controls on Saturday, while Ian will be setting up the Finish early on Sunday morning. Please contact Blake on 5331-7937 or blakegordon1@bigpond.com  if you can help. All helpers will be given a special low club rate to ride any course or do the score event (up to 2 hours to get as many controls as you can).

The forest is looking great – with the dust now settled by yesterday’s rain. Come along and enjoy a beautiful area and updated map, before you get into the late November “Sprint in Spring” , Victorian Sprint Champs and the aMAZEing Buninyong.

Cheers
Blake
