At last nights AGM we had 5 at ELC and 5 on Zoom with a further 6 apologies – not bad for our little club of 29 members!
The officers elected for 2022-2023 year (our 49th) President Ian Chennell Vice President BJ Johnson Secretary Blake Gordon Treasurer Mark Valentine
The 2022 awards The Jenni Jamieson – Ian Chennell The Tom Norwood – Warwick Williams Eureka Life Membership – Roch and Judy Prendergast Stuff up of the year – 3 way tie: Cutting the Control Descriptions with a drop saw! Winning Certificates in “strange order” at Blackwood, and Last Minute change to Finish Funnel at Jubilee Lake
The whole meeting took 53 minutes – another record. But wait there is more – Eureka will field 5 relay teams next Sunday 2nd April at Pax Hill Activity Centre at the 2023 Victorian Relay Championships.
Next “all members” will list the team orders and rosters for work on the day!
This Sunday nine members will travel to Maryborough for the first state events of 2023 with Eureka and Bayside combining to run “two events in one day”.
