Here are the teams, the order of running, and your SI number (PLEASE CHECK NUMBER) for our five Eureka teams.

9:30 – 10:30 Registration Open at the main hall – Club Team captains to pick up running bibs for their club teams

10:50 – 10:55 First Leg runners BRIEFING in front of main hall

11:00 MSSS START of all first leg runners

12:15 Mass start of second leg runners ONLY for teams that have not completed the first leg 

12:45 Mass start of third leg runners ONLY for teams that have not completed the second leg

1:45 (or earlier) Award Presentations for first, second and third teams on each course    

Saturday pm (1April) – Blake put out controls (secured with cables and gripples)

Before 9:00   Blake – turn on all controls

9:00 – 10:30 Warwick, Toby, Rod, Bill – Parking (along Spencer Street nature strips – both sides of road) 

9:30 – 10:30   Dale, Judy, BJ – Registration and distribution of Running bibs to Club Team Captains

9:00 – 10:00   Mark, Roch, Richard – Set up of the finish funnel, change over and download area

9:00 – 10:00   Ian, Aislinn, Blake  – Set up of Finish computer and download and clothes line for 2nd, 3rd maps

11:00 – 1:30 BJ, Tsegii, Dale – First Aid at the Finish Assembly area 

11:00 to 1:00    Commentary/team number board as runners finish each leg – several EU members needed  

1:30  to 1:45  Awards Presentations – Mark, Athene, Nerrina, Dale

This is the first draft of “Plan A” – some changes will probably be necessary, but please let Blake (0487 420 183) know if you can’t do your task at the time allotted.
