Generally if you have a role in the morning at White Flat/SMB, you will repeat it at Phoenix College in the afternoon. If your job finishes earlier than pack up, please rest a while and then speak with
Controller/Trouble Shooter for possible marshalling roles.
Thursday April 23 – TVs etc from Eureka Store – Ian Chennell
Friday April 24 – Gear loading at Eureka Store, 2pm – Mark Valentine, Warwick Williams, Gary Buchan
Course Setter – Aston Key Controller – Warwick Williams Trouble Shooter – Mark Valentine
Saturday April 25 – Set up at White Flat from 7am – Mark Valentine, Warwick Williams, Gary Buchan, Rod Gray, James Gray, Blake Gordon briefly
8.00am – Parking – Rod Grey, James Grey
8.30am – Registration – BJ Johnson, Judy Prendergast, Aislinn Prendergast
8.45am – Start Team – Richard Goonan (leader), Bill Borrie, Roch Prendergast (First Public Starts 9.30am, and NOL from 10.30am)
9.15am – Finish Team in place – Ian Chennell (leader), Geoff and Jenny Lawford
9.30am – Official Photographer – Gary Buchan
10.15am – MFR team, including Warren and Tash Key, Frederick Johnson, Neels de Toit to on campus marshalling positions – placed by Warren/Warwick/Aston
11.30am – Pack Up – all available hands
Phoenix College from 1pm – Course Setter Tim Hatley Controller Blake Gordon
1pm – Set Up, Parking and Registration – not all jobs will require as much attention as White Flat/SMB
1.45pm – Start Team (First Public Starts at 2.30pm, NOL from 3.30pm)
2.15pm – Finish Team plus Kris Thomas, Chris Norwood (who can rotate in as required)
2.30pm – Official Photographer
4.30pm – Pack Up
