[EurekaO] Saturday’s Grand Prix

Morning All

Here is a little more detail for you for Saturday afternoon.  The elites run in separate races from 3pm and this will enable us to all “learn” our jobs before the hectic pace of the public races commences a little later!

This is what I have allocated allowing for a few of you who are running in the OGP.  Please let me know if anything looks like it won’t work.

Warren – I envisage your team doing the on course details for the elite racers, the penalty run and re-start, with assistance from our Eureka start team and others from your team adding to the numbers especially on map distribution, and finish chute.

Available from 10am – Mark, Rod and Ian to commence set up

Available after running in morning – Toby, Dale, Rod, Geoff L, Jenny B, Sarah plus Ruby and Ivan, BJ, Terry, Bill and Warwick (red are running in Grand Prix)

Rego – Dale

Map distributors –  Geoff, Jenny, BJ, Warwick, Bill 

Finish – Ian, Sarah, Ruby and Ivan

Finish line and finish chute – Toby and Terry

Le Mans Starters and overall map arrangements –  Rod and Mark
