[EurekaO] Teachers Games Traralgon

Morning All

Whilst I undertook to run this event on Sunday September 17, without requiring any input from Eureka members, I am aware that there may be a couple of willing souls in the Club who would be happy to volunteer.  Can I ask that if you want to be involved, please let me know as soon as you can.

I am planning on leaving Ballarat between 6 and 6.30am(around 3 hours if traffic conditions are favourable) and would have room for 3 passengers.  The first wave of competitors will be off at 11am, so that gives an hour or so to get things in order and conduct briefing at 10.45am.  Last wave will finish at 3pm, so could be back in Ballarat 6.30-7pm. 

Alternatively, if you want to travel independently, arrival at Gippsland Performing Arts Centre(GPAC) by 10.30am could work, and you could leave very shortly after 3pm.

Jobs could be in the field at an activity or handling results at GPAC.
