Thanks to everyone for volunteering to help out on this weekend – a record number of 17 entered means less work for each of us and a good chance to catch up with Eureka friends around the finish, rego and assembly area. The roster I’ve set up looks like this…
Saturday: Monica D pick up the portable toilet from Bylsma Hire and take home overnight Roch P put out 36 controls at Garibaldi Jim Russell is printing the maps – to deliver to Roch Ian C pick up “finish in a box” from store; set up courses on Eventor (QR code) Blake G get tent, tables, chairs, first aid, map trays, rego box, toilet bag, start set-up from store
Sunday: 9.00 Parking – Ken and Anitra D, Terry H Finish set-up – Ian C, Gary B and Chris N Registration tent set-up – Glenda N, Judy P, Margaret K Start set-up – Bill B, Warwick W First aid set-up – BJ
11.15 Finish – Ian C and Gary B Start – Toby C and Mark V Rego – Dale G, BJ
1.00 Presentations – Blake G and Roch P
2.00 Pick up Controls – Toby C, Aislinn P, Roch P, Rod G
4.00 Return gear to EU store at Eastwood Leisure Complex – Blake G, Roch P, Gary B
Give Blake a call (0487 420 183) if this schedule does not work for you. You can take your run/walk when free and then just help up with the packing up after presentations.
Weather looks good – but it always is the best time of the year in Ballarat! Looking forward to finally getting this event on the new “Garibaldi” map going.
